- Source and attract job candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Conduct new employee orientation
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Conduct exit interviews
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as employee handbooks or directories
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
- Implement effective, innovative and purposeful training methods and tools
- Design and update job profiles
Requirements
- Bachelor/Masters in HR Management, Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR field
- Strong communication skills and excellent public relations
- Attention to detail
- High level of organization and self-discipline
- Fluent in English
