Requirements
- Creativity in presenting new ideas and defining motivational programs
- Mastering office software and working with the web
- Familiarity with English
- Has at least three years of relevant work experience
- Mastering human resource development processes (motivation and maintenance, growth and development, performance management, job grading, etc.)
- Mastering labor laws and social security insurance
- Mastering the processes related to recruitment and employment
- Familiarity with the needs assessment process, design and implementation of specialized training programs for employees
