Job Description

- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs - Supporting team leaders to develop employees, give feedback, and manage performance effectively. - Implement the recruitment and recruitment process - Creating and maintaining recruitment channels and publishing job advertisements and managing employment platforms - Cooperation in the implementation of maintenance and motivational programs of colleagues - Carrying out activities related to recruitment, function, ranking, job identification and etc. - Ability to advance projects independently and follow up to achieve results

Requirements

- Creativity in presenting new ideas and defining motivational programs - Mastering office software and working with the web - Familiarity with English - Has at least three years of relevant work experience - Mastering human resource development processes (motivation and maintenance, growth and development, performance management, job grading, etc.) - Mastering labor laws and social security insurance - Mastering the processes related to recruitment and employment - Familiarity with the needs assessment process, design and implementation of specialized training programs for employees
