Job Description
- Developing, implementing and advocating HR strategy, plan, budget, programs and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy and define related HR KPI`s in order
to assess unit performance and providing reports and information related to demography, personnel data and indicators.
- Preparing staffing plan and handling recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selection, competency-based interviews and conducting relates tests, offer letters, managing people release and exit interviews.
- Creating and revising job descriptions and job qualifications as per business needs.
- Ensuring management guidelines conformity by designing, revising and recommending HR policies, processes, procedures and systems.
- Coordinating performance appraisal and review system to make sure the deadlines are met and the required information is in place.
- Promoting HR development and carrying out training process including on-boarding programs for new joiners to ensure that managerial, technical and interpersonal competencies of the staff are improved.
- Performing job evaluations and job classification and career paths based on Hay Group pay system; conducting salary survey and revising compensation, benefit and motivation systems;
- Assessing employees’ satisfaction by conducting surveys and defining and implementing improvement projects.
- In charge of HR administration including closing time sheet (shift work, leave time, missions, overtime work, social security and complementary security ...), payroll and payroll accounting on a monthly basis and preparing related reports.
- Managing work contracts and work complains (in coordination with Regulatory Dept.).
