-Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Performing all HR Tasks including Job Analysis, Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Compensation, Talent Management, Assessment center.
-Arrange, monitor and evaluate training activities and personal development management.
- Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
-Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives
-Providing and updating HR databases.
Requirements
- Candidate Age :27-37
- University Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Master of Science in Management Related Fields (proffered Human Resources management)
- Nature and length of previous experience: 5 Years of proven related work experience
-Specialist knowledge:
- recruitment, training, social law, careers development, payroll
-Fluent in Human Resources Excellence Model (34000)
