Developing and implementing all required personnel procedures, terms and conditions of employment, and ensuring the company complies with statutory requirements and best practices
Working with the management to identify staffing needs and ensuring timely recruitment within budgets and operational requirements
Implementing global HR management modules & systems
Having good knowledge of local labor laws
Requirements
University Qualifications:
MA / PhD degree in Industrial Engineering or MBA-HR Management or relevant major from a reputable university
Previous Experience:
10 years of experience in a HR management role
Special Knowledge:
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast - paced environment and effectively interface with high-level business and operations leaders.
