Objective of the role: we are looking to hire an HR manager to manage the recruitment and selection process
- List of responsibilities: Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Developing and managing instructional programs.
- Developing to improve organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions
- Manage performance analysis and Identify employees with high potential, growth and proposes further development
- Manage conference and events
- Preparing business analysis and managerial reports
- Design and implementation payroll system including time, and wage entry, processing of payroll information, compensation and promotion system.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: master of HR science.
- Nature and length of previous experience: at least 5 years of experience related to HR.
- Well organized, multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with HR related software
- Maximum age 40
