List of responsibilities:
- Conducting, controlling, and improving all HR Systems and Processes.
- Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to provide business partnerships and coaching in areas such as; career development, succession planning, performance reviews, and leadership development.
- Identify and implement people strategies and policies that enable the organization to perform and scale efficiently as it grows.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Conducting human resource planning and setting a budget.
- Improving, implementing, and administrating employee evaluation processes.
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Implement employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
- Identifying challenges and areas for improvement in HR.
- Providing consultation, guidance, and coaching to corporate teams to ensure issue resolution and employee development.
- Reporting to: managing director.
- Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday - 8 - 17.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Master of Human Resource Management, industrial engineering.
- Nature and length of previous experience: At least 10 years.
Specialist knowledge:
- Proficient in principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems Proficient in HRM.
- Activities such as Job analysis and description, Job satisfaction, Performance appraisal, training processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to teamwork.
