Job Description

- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. - Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration. Strong interpersonal skills both oral and written. - Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, executive orders, and the democratic political process. - Performing job analysis & evaluations for new positions or existing ones for reclassification purposes. - Doing recruitment, performance, training of all personnel. - Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Leads HR team to maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises. - Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs. Development of the HR Department - Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff. - Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic planning. - Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records. Employee Relations. - Creates and enforces a handbook containing the company policies, rules, and regulations and the code of conduct. - Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. - Manage the training budget for the organisation and source cost effective solutions.

Requirements

- Fully Familiar with the labor law & any labor issues e.g. court complaints. - Mature, Ethical and confidential. - At least an MS degree in Human Resource Management or another field in management. - At least 5 years of related experience in human resource management. - Strong Leadership skills, able to motivate and train. - Having a strategic mind and contribution, leadership, team player. - Having PHR/SPHR certification would be a plus - Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change. - Plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities and staff of an organization. - Knowledge of English in both writing, speaking - Knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Presentation skill, interpersonal skill, efficient communication skill, Organizational skills, Decision-making skills, Training and developmental Skills, Budgeting skills and having full HR process knowledge. - Be familiar with all of the HRM functions. - Have remarkable experience in Performance Management & Recruitment. - Be proactive and result-oriented. - Experienced in designing HR procedures , Critical thinker , Good communication skills and People-oriented.
