-Manage recruitment efforts
-Trying to increase employee motivation
-Creating a happy lively environment for staff
-Attend recruiting fairs to find prospective employees
-On-boarding new employees
-Evaluating team’s performance according to their set targets and feedback from managers and the team
-Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
-Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning
-Taking over all items about facilities of terminated employees
-Solving inter-section issues and conflicts
-Reporting to: CEO
-Working hours: Saturday – Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m. / Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Requirements
-At least 3 years’ experience in HR Management
-Proficiency in OR (excel, google sheets) applications
-Familiar with employee branding
-Good Knowledge in Labor Law
-Managerial and leadership experience
-Detail oriented and hardworking attitude
-Fluent in English
