- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Redesign and improve current compensation & benefit system for internal and external fairness.
- Lead talent acquisition function with strategic recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training.
- Conducting exit interview and use their information to upgrade HR policies
- Design and implement a solid performance management process and partner with manager to support its implementation.
- Manage the entire training for all training program aligned with HR strategies
- Take charge of organizational culture to maximize organizational results and employee’s happiness
- Manage and administer all people operations processes for the employee lifecycle including onboarding, retention and offboarding, and legal compliance.
- creating and implementing programs to attract and retain employees
- Manage employee relations, including advising managers and employees about policies and processes
- Developing and implementing career analysis processes (recruitment, performance management, staff training and development, talent identification, succession planning and coaching)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager
- Work as a full-time job
- Age requirements: preferably 30 to 45
- Full command of computer knowledge and English language
- Being familiar with start-up environment
- Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence employees and managers accordingly
- Strong systemic thinking: a data-driven approach to problem-solving
