Job Goals: - Responsible for planning, selection, maintaining and developing company human resources based on core strategies, to make the maximum human resource productivity Job Responsibilities: - Develop the employees based on competencies and company directions - Increase HR productivity based on effective appraisal mechanism - Cooperate in preparing strategic and operational HR plans - Monitor and control HR activities to ensure that all HR and administrative issues are compatible with government regulations. - Execute all HR operations including search, selection, and maintenance in order to achieve maximum productivity - Execute all administration activities with minimum bureaucracy
