• Maintains the Organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Implementing and Follow up all HR Procedures assigned from HR Director
• Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
• Manage staff schedules
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
• Maintain administration and HR system in accordance with Legal and governmental regulations
• Managing the process of calculating salaries, personnel contracts and settlement
• Following up personnel's legal issues based on Iranian labor regulation
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
• Administer salaries and work out leave entitlements
• Be involved in staff training and development, the preparation of job descriptions, staff assessments and promotions
• Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
• Promote staff development and training
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Requirements
• At least Bachelor’s degree in relevant management field, MBA is an advance
• Proven working experience as HR manager
• Proven experience in managing a HR team
• Ability to lead and direct people.
• Ability to analyses organizational behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Admin and HR network and ability to sourcing and introduce candidates for potential future hiring.
• Strong and applicable knowledge of labor laws and Insurance regulations
• Willing to travel domestically on a regular basis
•Proficiency in English
• Maximum 38 years old
