● Design, update, implement, and control staff-related internal policies and regulations.
● Supervise recruitment and hiring processes.
● Provide statistical reports of administrative processes, human resources, and data analysis.
● Develop and implement human resources strategies in line with the organization's strategy.
● Career planning based on performance analysis for continuous employee development.
● Build a deep understanding of current pain points and future needs by gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources.
● Provide solutions to increase the efficiency and motivation of the organization's employees.
● Manage internal communication and employee relation.
● Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
● Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
● Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs.
