- Seeking for best source to find qualified candidate for opening roles(LinkedIn, Iran Talent, Job Vision and so on)
- Design & Publish job ads with different software in various portals
- Screening CVs and choosing those which seem appropriate.
- Phone interviewing with selected CVs.
- Sending interview invitation or Rejection Email/SMS to candidate.
- Conduct interview session within relevant directors.
- On-boarding new employee
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Holding exit interview
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc in Human resource Management or related field.
Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience as HR generalist or Recruitment specialist.
Specialist knowledge: Recruiting , development plan , training.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: teamwork , communication skill , adaptability.
