The HR Expert will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resources department.
Responsibilities:
● Monitor personnel attendance and address the related issues.
● Process the overtime, mission, and leave requests.
● Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
● Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information in the database.
● Assist in the recruitment procedure.
● Keep personnel records updated.
● Assist in data analysis and preparing reports.
● Prepare personnel monthly work report.
Requirements
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Farsi and English.
● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
● Organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
● Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, and similar computer applications.
● Associate’s degree in a related field required.
● Prior related office experience preferred.
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
