Job Description
● Provide monthly reports on headcount and turnover. ● Provide support to compensation and benefits manager with payroll, tax, and SSO. ● Responsible for international communications within the global community when necessary. ● Provide various types of reports based on the needs of an organization in the C&B area. ● Responsible for internal communications. ● Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees. ● Register all newcomers in SSO and complementary health insurance. ● Responsible for a working contract. ● Provide and support all the administrative affairs regarding time attendance software.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. ● Good command of English. Experience/knowledge required: ● Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. ● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel. ● More than 3 years of human resources experience. ● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. ● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
