• Reviewing Recruitment and Selection system and hiring processes
• Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate
• Designing and implementing compensation and promotion systems
Requirements
• Education: Master Degree ( MBA/ HR Management) from a reputable university
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR field
• Deep knowledge in HR field
• Ability to work as a team player
• Conceptual and Analytical Skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to research
