Job Description

• Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions, job specification and competency models •Familiar to Organize IDP(individual development plan) • Familiar to carrying Planning • Workforce planning processes • Newcomer Orientation and socialization plans (onboarding) • Development and implementation of performance management system • Reviewing Recruitment and Selection system and hiring processes • Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate • Designing and implementing compensation and promotion systems

Requirements

• Education: Master Degree ( MBA/ HR Management) from a reputable university • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR field • Deep knowledge in HR field • Ability to work as a team player • Conceptual and Analytical Skills • Good communication skills • Ability to research
