Job Description

● Search resume databases for ideal candidates. ● Communicate effectively with hiring managers. ● Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive. ● Screen CVs and identify the most qualified for a given position. ● Post job openings on media and social media outlets. ● Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases. ● Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback. ● Perform background and reference checks. ● Coordinate interviews and contact applicants and hiring managers. ● Follow up on all the steps of the hiring process. ● Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
