Brief description of duties:
Cooperation in recruiting and arranging contracts
Store shift management and personnel matters
Calculation of overtime, efficiency and settlement of personnel accounts
Employee performance evaluation and related administrative matters
Active participation in office and business affairs (correspondence, follow-up, coordination)
Qualifying conditions:
Relevant work experience in human resources and administrative affairs
Experience or familiarity with business matters is considered an important advantage
Familiarity with labor and insurance laws
Relative mastery of Excel and documentation matters
Responsible, orderly and has good public relations
