Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering.
● At least four years of work experience.
● Fluent in installing, configuring, and debugging Windows operating systems (XP, 7,8,8.1,10).
● Familiarity with macOS operating system.
● Fluent in installing Windows-based software in the field of business users.
● Familiar with the steps of installing macOS-based software.
● Fluent in installing and configuring computer hardware.
● Fluent in Windows Server in the field of administration.
● Fluent in network configuration and troubleshooting.
● Proficient in issue tracking and documentation tools to record and investigate Jira and Confluence problems.
● Familiar with software installation issues and internet connection of Android and IOS-based phones.
● Mastery of Network+.
● Familiar with English for technical studies.
● Familiar with the concepts of IoT and ITIL.
● Ability to do teamwork.
● Ability to communicate effectively.
