Job Description

● Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. ● Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk. ● Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved. ● Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware. ● Install computer peripherals for users.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. ● Good communications skills. ● Excellent technical knowledge of PC, desktop hardware, and Windows operating systems. ● Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
