✅ Duties and responsibilities:
Hardware, Software and Network Support (Manual Desk)
Installation, configuration and management of network equipment, DNS and communication infrastructure
Do the network in the customer and fix the internet and network connection
Maintenance and troubleshooting servers, network equipment and account
Launch and Support of Office Devices Equipment (Printer etc.)
Website Management and Social Networks with SEO Content Production and Optimization
Systems performance analysis and provision of improvement strategies
Close cooperation with IT teams, marketing and sales to improve the productivity of the organization
Register and document the problems and actions taken
Training users in proper use of IT tools and systems
Having skills
Technical skill
Troubleshooting hardware (PC, laptop, printer, scanner)
Installation and configuration of the software
Introduction to network concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
Backup and recovery information
Communication skills
Ability to explain simple technical issues for non -technical individuals
