Job Description

  • Provide daily first-level user support.
  • Escalate unfixed support requests to the appropriate second service level.
  • Create new users, reset passwords, and edit user properties.
  • Perform and oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.
  • Manage the installation of PC desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, scanners, and other IT devices.
  • Investigate, recommend, and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.
  • PCs audit check and PCs systems and security monitoring.
  • Contribute to any new IT projects.
  • Manage incidents in the IT infrastructure area, and ensure that they are properly escalated.
     

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Visio.
  • Fluent with system extractions and the development of Excel reports.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware.
  • Ability to configure and resolve computer peripheral malfunction issues.
  • Knowledge of network security systems.
  • Ability to provide technical training to end-users.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT-related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in IT.
  • Multi-task.
  • Familiar with monitoring software like PRTG, Opmanager, Cacti, Splunk, etc.
