Job Description

Experienced and meticulous Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing processes and systematically manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods, with full responsibility for inventory oversight, reduction of warehousing errors, and ensuring the safety of company goods. The objective of this position is to increase supply chain efficiency through a systematic approach, enhance precision in warehousing operations, and optimize logistics processes. This role requires rigorous monitoring of goods flow, structured inventory management, and full compliance of warehouse operations with safety guidelines and organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Plan and direct all warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, shelving, storage, packing, and shipment dispatching.

• Inventory Control: Conduct periodic and cycle inventory counts, manage current stock levels, and ensure the accuracy between physical stock and system records.

• Space Optimization: Design and implement standard storage methodologies (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, FEFO) to maximize space utilization and accelerate item accessibility.

• Team Leadership: Train, lead, and supervise warehouse personnel and labor staff to maintain operational discipline and safety standards.

• Management Reporting: Analyze warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (e.g., Inventory Accuracy Rate, Order Cycle Time, Shrinkage/Waste Rate) and provide analytical reports to senior management.

• Safety and Maintenance: Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, mitigate risks of theft and damage, and supervise the maintenance of warehouse equipment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management (Degree is mandatory).

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of specialized experience in warehouse management (preferably in manufacturing, contracting, or trading companies), with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of modern warehousing techniques, 5S standards, and inventory management methods; familiarity with mining machinery parts and supplies is required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Systems Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in ERP software (such as Rahkaran, Hamkaran System, etc.) and mastery of Excel (for dashboarding and reporting).

• Operational Intelligence: Ability to perform operational analysis to identify bottlenecks and reduce warehouse operational costs.

• Crisis Management & Attention to Detail: High precision in documentation and control; ability to manage high-pressure workloads during peak periods.

• Communication: Ability to interact effectively with procurement, production, and sales units to coordinate supply and delivery.
