Job Description
- Creation of WBS, PMS, Time-Schedule (using Primavera P6), S-Curve and Monthly Progress Plan based on contract scope of work and DPOP (Development & Operation Plan),
- Creation of CBS, Budget, Cost Baseline and comparing plan and actual using earned value method.
- Implementing risk management based on existing procedures and updating related procedures if needed.
- Maintaining project plans, developing new estimations (if needed) and creating required analytical reports for both internal and external use.
- Participating in and run internal or external project review meetings.
- Coordinating any needed meeting to resolve project issues and get management approvals.
- Creating coordination and invoicing procedures for sub-contractors and making sure that
