Job Description

  • Determining goals related to maintenance and repairs.
  • Supervising the activities of repairmen and carrying out maintenance.
  • Pursuing contracts with suppliers of required spare parts.
  • Performance evaluation of suppliers.
  • Supervising the compilation of maintenance documentation, including coding, implementation methods, instructions, and maintenance forms.
  • Examining incidental repair requests and prioritizing them for repair.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the preventive maintenance system.
  • Communicating with other units regarding received repair requests and implementing the maintenance and repair program.
  • Monitoring and measuring the maintenance process through the determined indicators.
  • Updating the list of maintenance suppliers.
  • Providing regular maintenance and repair reports.
  • Identifying the training program needed by employees.
  • Reviewing the status of achieving goals and plans.
  • Identifying the risks and opportunities related to the maintenance.
  • Pursuing corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
