Job Description
- Determining goals related to maintenance and repairs.
- Supervising the activities of repairmen and carrying out maintenance.
- Pursuing contracts with suppliers of required spare parts.
- Performance evaluation of suppliers.
- Supervising the compilation of maintenance documentation, including coding, implementation methods, instructions, and maintenance forms.
- Examining incidental repair requests and prioritizing them for repair.
- Monitoring the implementation of the preventive maintenance system.
- Communicating with other units regarding received repair requests and implementing the maintenance and repair program.
- Monitoring and measuring the maintenance process through the determined indicators.
- Updating the list of maintenance suppliers.
- Providing regular maintenance and repair reports.
- Identifying the training program needed by employees.
- Reviewing the status of achieving goals and plans.
- Identifying the risks and opportunities related to the maintenance.
- Pursuing corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance.
