Design and deploy talent management framework at TAPSI and its tools/processes such as organizational review, workforce planning, talent review, succession planning, competency matrix, etc.
Review individual and organizational development needs by conducting a frequent needs assessment.
Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs.
Own and manage the career development process and the whole framework execution from A to Z including performance appraisal, Goal setting, CP designing, and Review sessions, etc.
Design the right and systematic processes and manage them to work efficiently both among the company and internally in the HR.
Organize e-learning courses workshops and other training for some objectives like onboarding, evaluations, soft/ hard skills, etc.
Conduct job analysis to identify and design job descriptions and job requirements in the organization (job profiles).
Develop a RAPID matrix to increase coordination between units.
Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts.
Prepare people analytics reports and help the senior levels and HR head in the decision-making process.
Contribute to internal communication and employee relations, responsible for people's experience manage deliverables concerning company values and behaviors, and drive and lead digital development.
Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend needed actions by an appropriate plan.
Design and maintain the employee's information storage workflow with a clean database in the HR and all related processes as well as an organizational chart.
Requirements
More than four years of managerial experience working in different HR core-related fields like L&D, people analytics, talent management, or other relevant fields.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, or other related fields.
Significant experience in process design/management.
Strong data-oriented and analytical mindset.
Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing data-driven people insights.
Experience in project management and budgeting.
Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
Excellent practical experience with MS Office (Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors.
