Requirements
-Bachelor or Master of Science (GPA of 15 and above)
-Minimum 10 years of related work experience in HR and at least 3 years experienced as a HR leadership
-Master Field of study: related to the field of human resources (Prestigious public university)
-Ability to make teams, leading and directing people (Leadership skills)
-Ability to establish a system for evaluating the performance of employees
-Ability to formulate human resources strategies (salary, training, human resource planning, labor relations, administrative services)
-Mastering the rules of labor and social security and taxes and salaries
-Ability and experience in reengineering organizational structure, complication and providing performance improvement solutions
-Mastering all kind of Organizational charts, methods and processes of human resources
-Familiarity with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems
-Punctual, orderly, creative, thinker and energetic
-Gender Preference: Male
-Military Status: Has served the duty system
