Job Description

● Planning and managing the company's website and social networks. ● Measuring and reporting the performance of the campaigns and the status of the determined KPIs. ● Investigating the level of success and sustainability in conveying the main brand messages through online channels. ● Developing digital marketing strategies and planning based on them. ● Creating growth and development plans for digital marketing team members. ● Examining the user experience of customers in online channels related to the organization and improving their performance. ● Optimizing conversion rates or CRO. ● Communicating with different teams within the organization.

Requirements

● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends. ● Familiarity with marketing and web analysis tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Taboola, and similar internet advertising platforms. ● Knowledge of setting up and running email marketing tools such as Hub Spot, Sendinblue, Omni Send, Mail Chimp, and Mail Jet. ● Familiarity with pay-per-click advertising. ● Familiarity with marketing campaign strategy and implementation. ● Knowledge of user experience and optimization of customer experience funnels and landing pages. ● Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks. ● Strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in learning project management skills. ● Leadership and delegation skills. ● Strong verbal and written communication. ● Attention to detail. ● Ability to work independently. ● Ability to write and present detailed opinions and reports. ● Ability to work with different departments to achieve a common goal. ● Ability to launch and manage successful social media campaigns. ● Ability to create long-term digital marketing strategies. ● Ability to set up and run web and email analytics tools. ● Ability to work with team members to execute a campaign with clear objectives.
