Head of contract production

Job Description

Description of duties:
Contract production process management from 0 to 100 (site selection, technology transfer, production supervision)
Cooperation in transferring, optimizing and controlling the formulation of pharmaceuticals in production sites
Technical evaluation of production equipment and machinery and their compliance with product requirements
Managing the relationship with the factories of the contracting party and negotiating for suitable financial and operational conditions
Monitoring product quality and overseeing the implementation of GMP standards and legal requirements
Time control, costs and risk management of contractual projects
Periodic visits to factories and presentation of technical and management reports
Identification and evaluation of new factories for contract manufacturing network development
Interdepartmental cooperation with R&D, QC, supply and commercial units to advance projects
Qualifying conditions:
Degree in chemistry or related fields
Adequate knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and production processes
Technical familiarity with industrial machinery for drug production
Understanding the pharmaceutical industry and contract manufacturing factories
High ability in negotiation, bargaining and communication management
Responsible, orderly, team work spirit and time management ability
Preparation for periodic visits to factories
