Job Description

● Recording and reporting all technical affairs. ● Following up and supervising all technical matters related to the maintenance of an elevator. ● Setting the service schedule for facilities and equipment to monitor their accurate performance in due time. ● Continuous visiting the facilities and equipment to ensure their correct operation. ● Supervising the services performed by contractors and contracting institutions and their approval based on the co-signed contracts. ● Installing and commissioning of an elevator. ● Providing necessary proposals for development, repair, or replacement of all or part of elevator equipment, and submitting to relevant managers. ● Maintaining and repairing the elevators including general mechanic/electric and electronic installation and commissioning/maintenance and repair. ● Implementing policies and lead responsibility and management of all corporate support staff and resources including corporate administration, logistics and services, security, elevator maintenance, and internal purchase. ● Maintaining consistency and quality of documents, reports, and proposals for internal use. ● Training, guidance, and oversight of the optimal subsidiary activities including all administrative, services, and security operations. ● Monitoring performance of supervised staff and evaluation of them. ● Ensuring compliance with disciplinary rules and investigating violations of supervised staff. ● Planning for the supply of needed human resources and delivering it to the HR department for every team and function. ● Maintaining consistency of improvement and quality of technician team performance by constant monitoring of the team and facilities. ● Ensuring proper use of the facilities and resources in accordance with organization policies and rules. ● Preparation and monitoring of the budget plan for all operations of the functions under supervision. ● Preparation and adjustment of reports on the purchase, consumption, and performance of projects to the relevant management. ● Representing the very best of company values and standards for all stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Requirements

● Associate's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Technical engineering. ● Having the reputable Technician Card from Koosha Center of Applied Science, Tehran Branch. ● Based in Tehran. ● Ability to undertake problem, identification, formulation, and solution. ● Familiar with the software related to maintenance and repairs. ● Familiar with elevators, gearless motors, elevator drives, elevator Inverters. ● Familiar with different encoder types and elevator control panels. ● Well-experienced in the maintenance of all electrical and mechanical elevators. ● Well-experienced in Install, assemble, disassemble and operate elevator equipment, including engines, power systems, control panels, and other electrical or mechanical equipment. ● General technical knowledge and practical experience in maintenance and repair of elevators in the fields of Mechanics, Electronics. ● Analytical thinking skills ability to work under pressure and after company working hours or holidays if needed. ● Maximum 40 years old. ● Minimum 2 years of working experience in elevator companies. Orientations of all types of elevators. ● Familiar with English. ● Familiar with MS office skills, e-mail, and the internet. ● Familiar with AutoCAD. ● Teamwork spirit. ● High public relations. ● Motivated and hardworking. ● Orderly, accurate, and consistent. ● Patient and optimist. ● Be responsible. ● Creative. ● Honest and trustworthy. ● Able to manage relationships. ● Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization. ● Physical and mental health. ● Gender: Male.
