General Services Supervisor

Job Description

In Binas Energy we are looking for a General Services Supervisor to over-look the general services operations, facility management and security of employees and buildings, in accordance with administrative policies. -To coordinate all general services staff in our offices -Managing all the corporate services related tasks such as holding events, celebrations and gatherings, fairs all over Binas Energy sites and offices -Selecting the best food contractor for offices and staff -Developing survey questionnaires to assess food quality and take action to resolve issues. -Controlling Food reservations system and follow to resolve issues -To host all kind of visitors in our central office including domestic and international customers -Ensure all offices and places get clean based on policy -Coordinating service staff in events and meetings -Responsible for the day-to-day facility related operations, with budget accountability -Coordinate and supervise all operational management systems including preventive and corrective maintenance, term contract works, and unscheduled maintenance -Setting up and reviewing of facility related, budgets, procedures and guidelines
