Job Description

-Design and develop annual and seasonal sales strategies based on the organization's goals
-Determine sales targets for regions, representatives and polygons
-Analyze the market and identify new sales opportunities
-Review and analyze data and develop promotional and discount programs to increase sales
-Forecast sales capacity and match it with operational resources
-Monitoring the performance of Regional Managers (RPM) and sales experts
-Monitoring the recruitment, maintenance and development of the active agent network
-Monitoring the SLA and service quality of agents
-Monitoring the optimization of the collection and distribution processes of shipments
-Controlling the reduction of shipment deposits and solving logistical problems
-Investigating customer and agent complaints
-Monitoring the collection of receivables and reducing agent debts
-Monitoring and reviewing commissions and payments to agents
-Reviewing the profitability analysis of each agency and providing improvement solutions
-Controlling and monitoring sales KPIs (growth rate, customer retention, market share)

*Requirements:

-Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering or other related fields.
-Skilled in team leadership, sales planning, negotiation and market analysis
-Mastery of distribution structure, consumer behavior and importance in sales
-Results-oriented, agile and familiar with regional market challenges
-Strong negotiation and customer communication skills
-Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
-At least 10 years of work experience
