Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Do routine accounting.
- Check and complete monthly account close procedures.
- Maintain accounts receivable, documented bills, and support documentation.
- Maintain accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirm the debt's validity, and gather appropriate signatures.
- Update financial records via accounting software.
- Prepare payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- At least 4 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- Proficient in working with financial software.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Focused and precise on the given tasks.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Detail-oriented.
