Job Description

Main Tasks:

  • Do routine accounting.
  • Check and complete monthly account close procedures.
  • Maintain accounts receivable, documented bills, and support documentation.
  • Maintain accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirm the debt's validity, and gather appropriate signatures.
  • Update financial records via accounting software.
  • Prepare payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • At least 4 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Proficient in working with financial software.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Focused and precise on the given tasks.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Detail-oriented.
