Senior FTTH Program Manager

Job Description

• To collaborate with involving divisions to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for FTTH deployments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• To follow up with engaging divisions to design, maintain, and evolve the project master charter, encompassing internal and FCP plans for Fiber rollout. Regularly update the charter and Gantt chart to preserve visibility and project synchronization.
• To collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and FCPs to ensure the seamless execution of projects in strict adherence to ICT regulations and standards.
• To collect project progress and hold internal divisions as well as FCPs accountable for their progress and identify potential risks, take proactive measures to mitigate issues, and ensure project timelines are met.
• To ensure enough alignment exists between operational and field teams as well as subcons and implementation teams and resolve any issues in between.
• To liaise strategically with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure precision in the procurement and timely delivery of critical materials and services.
• To ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
• To collaboratively work with the sales team to ensure the progress of the Last Mile for registered customers is progressing as planned
• To collaboratively work with Customer Relations teams to ensure the agreed SLAs for FTTH customers are met and the journey is maximizing the satisfaction
• To orchestrate internal as well as external efforts to ensure the project timelines are kept as planned
• To follow up and meet regularly with Fin and Proc to ensure there is no impediment in the payment and supply chain processes
• To meet with external parties and FCPs, review the SLAs, and ensure all the plans are moving as per the project master charter in terms of FCPs' commitments
• To generate comprehensive reports and meticulously track project progress, diligently addressing any backlog or impediments that threaten project delivery timelines
• To conduct and chair regular project status meetings with the team, stakeholders, and FCPs, fostering transparent and open communication.
• To identify avenues for refining and optimizing FTTH deployment workflows, consistently aiming for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• To provide expert technical guidance to address complex challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
