Job Description

● Handling all international commercial affairs such as sourcing, ordering, corresponding, monitoring of orders process with suppliers, commercial registration, getting feedback as well as upstream reports, etc. ● Arranging and keeping cargo track of shipping companies. ● Checking shipment documents and following up with suppliers for on-time preparation of documents. ● Monitoring import process and carrying out all respective affairs such as insurance, inspection, warehouse receipt, clearance sheet, exemption and etc. ● Preparing required reports related to the latest status. ● Checking purchase requests and preparing purchase orders.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering fields, or an MBA graduate. ● Age range: 25 to 35 years old. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Persistent and responsible person. ● Honest, flexible, motivated, proactive, and accurate. ● At least three years of work experience as a commercial expert. ● Excellent public relations and organized attitude. ● Familiarity with commercial and international terms and regulations. ● Proficient in English.
