● Carry out all processes of the foreign commercial such as import, shipping, banking, insurance, and follow-up all matters in relevant ministries.
● Source qualified suppliers and provide a database of manufacturers to establish an effective partnership.
● Negotiate with suppliers and buyers about payment methods, product quality, and prices.
● Manage inventory levels, schedules, and availability of a selected item, either manufactured or purchased, to meet production schedules.
● Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
● Review and approve all foreign commercial affairs.
● Prepare capacity analysis (short-term and mid-term) to make sure demand can be covered or alarm when capacity is not enough.

Requirements
● At least 8 years of experience in foreign commercial and import procedures.
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related sciences.
● Excellent fluency in English in all skills.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and international business skills.
● Familiar with all the new rules and regulations in export and import.
● Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment is a plus.
● Familiar with order registration and customs rules.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
