● Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, and ordering to make the best purchase package.
● Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents, customs affairs, and commercial registration procedures.
● Be up-to-date on current regulations and monitor applicable law changes.
● Make arrangements and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue/ force in regards to transportation or client claim.
● Check reliability of new suppliers.
● Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
● Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving.
● Assist Commercial Manager and works as a member of a cohesive team.
● Resolve issues with contracts and commercial operations.
● Communicate with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects.
● Assess risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation.
Requirements
● Minimum Bachelor's degree, in Business Administration, Economics, or MBA.
● At least 4 years of experience as a commercial expert. (Experience in the lubricant field or chemical industries would be a priority).
● Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws.
● Highly familiar with INCOTERMS and shipment regulations.
● Fluent in general and commercial English.
● Advanced in computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office).
● Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
● Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and able to perform meetings effectively.
● Good typing skills in both Farsi and English.
● Ideal age range: 27 to 40 years old.
