Job Description

The objective of the role: ● Research and evaluate suppliers, Sourcing, Logistic Procedure. List of responsibilities: ● Research and evaluate suppliers and negotiation with them. ● Sourcing (find new sources and development of supply chain). ● Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. ● Purchase order preparation and placing orders to suppliers. ● Handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoice to shipping documents and logistic issues. ● Negotiate with potential suppliers for getting the best prices. ● Reporting to: Commercial Manager. ● Subordinates: Local Commercial Expert, Foreigner Commercial Expert. ● Length of probation period: 3 Months. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am to 5:30 pm. ● Gross monthly base salary: 8 - 9 million Tomans per Month (Net). ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: No.

Requirements

● Fluent in English and Excellent oral or written communication skills. ● University qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. ● Experienced in the foreign commercial field. ● Minimum 3 years experience in the field of procurement. ● Have a good command of computer skills (MS Office, Photoshop, Outlook, and Internet). ● Talented at negotiation, bargaining prices, and networking.
