Job Description

-Researching and resourcing competent foreign suppliers in terms of compatibility, reliability -Making inquiries to foreign manufactures and following up in order to getting the quotation with best price -Pursue purchases ‘ steps such as ; ordering, payment, shipment, transporting and resolve relevant issues -Coordinating and handling all international commercial affairs such as correspondence, getting Proforma, ordering, contracting, custom releasing

Requirements

-B.S. of commerce / engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) with commercial experiences -At least 2 years of related experiences resulting in practical comprehensive mindset for foreign purchases -Excellent command of English both written and verbal skills -Mastery with the principles and techniques of negotiation -Familiar with principles of international transportation -Knowledge of commercial and international business terms and regulations, particularly incoterms 2020 -Familiar whit the Order registration procedure, custom clearance, payment instruments like L/C -Gender Preference: Male / Female -Ideal Age Range: 20 - 45
