Job Description

Responsibilities: - Managing all import activities such as LC and payments. - Coordinating logistic affairs including shipment, delivery and custom clearance. - Responsible to do all negotiations regarding the price, amount, payment terms, banking issues and mode of shipment. - Dealing with all levels of foreign purchasing process from receiving a pro forma up to clearance of the goods. - Responsible in finding new trader within realm of European countries to purchase from those companies restricted because of US led sanctions. - Responsible in negotiation of payment terms and persuade suppliers to favor deferred payments of 120 or 180 day. - Responsible in predicting market situation and price fluctuation rates mostly for critical and strategic items. - Responsible in handling all meetings with suppliers and their competitors. - Responsible in promoting direct relationships with suppliers and modify their quality based on our required specifications.

Requirements

Qualifications: - Having BSC in mechanical engineering or metallurgy engineering. - Having excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Having excellent English language skills, both writing and speaking. - Having relevant proven work experience (at least 3 years) with considerable achievements in industrial companies. - Having relevant university degree, MBA is a big plus. - Being familiar with relevant tools and softwares in addition to Internet and Microsoft Office. - Holding a valid Iranian passport and ability of traveling abroad in case of need. - Be organized, task oriented and be able to handle considerable workload. - Having high degree of integrity and business ethics.
