Job Description

  • Handling international and local commercial affairs such as order placement, PI collection, commercial registration, currency allocation, bank-related tasks, shipment follow-up, shipping documents etc.
  • Monitoring import process and carrying out all respective affairs such as insurance, inspection, and consignment arrival.
  • Handling warehouse receipt collection, endorsement, declaration, clearance sheet, custom duties, and GR.
  • Order processing.
  • Updating reports' tables and ERP systems as per actions on the spot.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of working experience in the commercial department.
  • Working experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business, or an MBA graduate. 
  • Acquainted with INCOTERMS and import regulations.
  • Acquainted with commercial and International business terms and regulations.
  • Excellent public relations and a well-organized attitude.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and accurate.
  • Ideal age range: 26 to 36 years old.
