Job Description

- Handling all international commercial affairs such as ordering , getting PI , monitoring of orders process with suppliers ,commercial registration , currency allocation , bank related tasks and etc. - Arranging shipment documents and follow up with suppliers for on time preparation of documents. - Monitoring import process and carrying out all respective affairs such as insurance , inspection , warehouse receipt , clearance sheet , customs exemption , custom duties , taxes and etc. - Monitoring purchase requests and preparing purchase orders.

Requirements

- Excellent command of English language . - Familiar with incoterms and import regulations. - Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations . - Excellent public relation and Well-organized attitude . - BA or MA in commerce / engineering / MBA - Team work skills . - Flexible , self - motivated , proactive and accurate . - Ideal rang : 26-35 - Gender preference : Male / female
