Job Description

Espandar Group is currently looking for a foreign commercial specialist for its head offices in Tehran, Farmanieh area.

A day in the life:

Sourcing, receiving PIs, negotiating with suppliers, following up on the production of equipment, registering the order in NTSW, and getting approvals from the Ministry of Industry.
Following up on payments (LC and T/Ts) and completing all bank procedures.
Following up on international payments, and updating the foreign procurement manager on payment types, bank documentation, and approvals.
Coordinating shipment, insurance, and inspection procedures, as well as the shipping of documents.
Completing customs clearance procedures and following up on customs issues.
Conducting effective communication regarding orders placed with plant technical department heads.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
At least 3 years of working experience in import and purchasing from suppliers based outside of Iran.
Familiar with import procedures, laws, incoterms, payment procedures, customs procedures, and international contracts.
Knowledge of sourcing; and negotiation skills.
Excellent proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Rahkaran System.
Effective communication skills; a high teamwork spirit.
Interested in learning about cement production line parts and equipment.
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
