Job Description 1. Educational & Scientific Background Relevant degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science & Technology, Food Industries, Chemical Engineering (Food Processing focus), or related fields.
knowledge: Over 5 years of experience with flavors Familiarity with flavor production technologies. Food hygiene and safety principles (HACCP, GMP, ISO22000). Food chemistry and nutrition.
2. Technical Laboratory: Skilled in performing qualitative and quantitative tests, operating laboratory equipment and instruments. Production Processes: Familiar with production lines, industrial equipment, and confectionery/chocolate processing stages. Quality Control (QC): Ability to record and analyze QC data, identify production issues, and propose corrective actions. Software & Tools: Proficiency in Excel, quality/data management software, and industrial measurement tools.
3. Skills Strong attention to detail (essential for QA/QC). Teamwork skills in production and laboratory environments. Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new standards and technologies. Effective communication skills for reporting to managers and cross-functional teams. Problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
