Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, plan and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) program for the entire fleet.
- Continuous monitoring of the technical condition of cars and analysis of breakdowns to prevent emergency stops.
- Definition of standard maintenance policies and creation of CMMS or maintenance management system.
- Managing the maintenance budget and providing cost reports to the CEO
- Control costs and prevent duplicate or unnecessary costs.
- Development of key KPIs such as repair cost per kilometer, average vehicle downtime (Downtime) and MTBF (mean time between breakdowns)
- Designing and implementing operating standards to increase the useful life of cars.
- Implementation of related standards such as ISO 45001 (safety), ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 39001 (transportation safety)
- Leading teams of mechanics, car electricians, technical technicians, parts storekeepers, supervisors.
- Creation of quick response teams for road breakdowns.

Eligibility conditions
- Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automobile and other related fields
- At least 7 years of management experience in the field of repairs and maintenance of the transport fleet
- Experience in refrigerated fleets, capillary distribution, food transportation is an important advantage.
- Complete mastery of maintenance and repairs of heavy, semi-heavy, refrigerated vehicles and diesel engines.
- Ability to analyze failure, cost, fuel and technical planning.
- Skill in cost control and budgeting.
- Strategic and operational planning ability.
