Fleet Supervisor

Job Description

Job Purpose:

The incumbent is responsible for keeping the level of the service up by

1. Make sure to update and follow up on the fire extinguisher file, first aid file, driving license file, fuel consumption, GPS ILA KPI
2. Create and update the VAF report, and participate in the project of reducing the VAF.
3. Keep up-to-date warehouse (Inbound and outbound) receipts.
4. Keep visited or inspected vehicles in acceptable condition.
5. Keep up-to-date PM files for checking periodical maintenance, services, and tire changes based on file estimations.
6. Update and deliver fleet KPIs.
7. Keep archiving.

Areas of Responsibility:

PM File:

• Keeping preventive maintenance indicators under control via knowing the service time and communicating it with operations drivers and supervisors, providing forecasting, and tracing maintenance is being done at the right time.
• Updating inspection, first aid tracing, fire extinguisher, and insurance files:

1. Inspection File: tracing troubleshooting of technical Inspection issues, the trend of removing any problem of the job cars following observed issues with another regional supervisor to be tackled in the soonest possible time.
2. First Aid Tracing File, fire extinguishers, and insurance file: keeping status, availability, and expiration date under control and taking action for purchasing before expiration

GLA File:

• Tracking car's GPS via GPS software for troubleshooting GPS issues making sure about the rightness of working GPS hardware and software.

Supervision Fleet Warehouse:

• Following up fleet warehouse inbound and outbound for tracking the rightness and forecasting with a view of PM plan and actual trend consumption.

Fuel Consumption Control:

• Tracking high-fuel consumers' root causing the reasons provides an action plan to remove the problem and get back to normal status.

Supervision on Fleet Sections of all the Regions:

• Responsible for tracking, reporting, and following up on job car fleet affairs such as maintenance, repair, channelizing accidents/incidents, and security issues.
