Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for keeping the level of the service up by:

  • Updating and following up: Fire extinguisher, first aid, driving license, and fuel consumption files.
  • Participating in the project of reducing the VAF of M&S and benefit cars.
  • Keeping visited or inspected vehicles in acceptable condition.
  • Being assistance in achieving a fine exemption letter in six months.
  • Assisting with Fleet Supervisory team in controlling all operations of fleet accessories supplier.
  • Supporting fuel card charging project.
  • Visiting and following of repairing process of the job cars in the repair shop.

Requirements

  • At least an Associate's degree
  • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, and state.
  • Financial controlling knowledge: controlling invoices, doing cost benefits in each project.
  • Analytical thinking: being sharp to know the reason for fluctuation and trend.
  • Familiar with logistics, supply chain, and fleet.
  • Advanced level in English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: well knowledge of Excel, working with PowerPoint, working with ERP.
